WHAT IS A SCENT-AND-CARE HAIR MIST?

Can hair perfume be alcohol-free?

Usually a coordinated fragrance direction is possible, but the scent may behave differently in rinse-off, emulsion and spray bases. Each product must be evaluated separately.
